Dr. Adam Frank is Principal at Palmer Ridge High School in Monument, Colorado and Founder of AF Flexible Solutions, LLC. With 20 years of experience in public education, he's spent time as a middle school and high school teacher, varsity head coach, dean of students, athletic director, assistant principal, career and technical education coordinator, and high school principal. He's worked in two States and has experience at high schools in five different school districts. The districts include urban, suburban, and rural settings and represent a wide range of cultural, racial, and socio-economic diversity.
He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus in change theory and authentic, transformational leadership from Miami University (OH). He holds three educational licenses in Colorado.
Dr. Frank is an authentic leader who believes in realistic and humanistic communication. He has experience leading change initiatives while garnering widespread collaboration with high trust and morale. His approach to leadership and organizational management is progressive, yet practical. A common framework he promotes is "structured flexibility."
